My daughter is 4 ½ years old so the 5th September was in fact her first day at big school. Fortunately for me, she has been super excited about it for ages and ages. We are lucky enough to be able to walk to school, and on the day she ran all the way there, and then sauntered off into her classroom (or should I say new adventure) without a care in the world.
